Rental Application

ACLT is fortunate to have tenants remain with us for many years. As a result, we do not always have apartments available. We do encourage you to complete a rental application so that we may contact you quickly if a unit becomes available. Click here for our application.

When complete, return it to the ACLT office at 255 Orange Street, Albany, NY 12210.

Rental Payments

ACLT uses a rental app called Buildium that you can use to make your rent payment. After you move in, ACLT will invite you to set up an account. The app allows us to send you program and account updates, and you can easily use it to submit maintenance requests.

ACLT Property Maintenance

If you are a Community Land Trust tenant, please upload your maintenance request and pictures through the Buildium app. This allows everyone in the office to be aware of the issue. The ACLT Property Manager is Michael Tereski.  He can be reached at (518) 426-1296 ext. 417.
